• C1K/C2T- Superior Room. State of the art furnishing/choices of king bedded or twin bedded rooms with two armchairs /TV/mini bar/hotel safe and writing desk. marble clad made bath rooms with separate shower and toilet cubicles. View of the golf course or gardens

• -B1K/B2T- Deluxe Room. State of the art furnishing choices of king bedded or twin bedded rooms with two armchairs/TV/mini bar/hotel safe and writing desk. marble clad made bath rooms with separate shower and toilet cubicles. View or partial view of the ocean.

• -A1J- Deluxe Junior Suite. Identical bedroom and bathroom size to the deluxe room with an additional small living room, television, mini bar and its own private balcony. -.
• F1S- Executive Suite. Similar to our junior suite but with an additional space for a small pantry and a guest toilet. Other facilities remains.

• -E1S- Ambassador 1 Bedroom Suite. It is 227m2 and luxuriously decorated with a comfortable living room with sofas and a television and hi fi set. A dining area for 12 persons with its own TV set and a guests toilet nearby. The bedroom has a king sized poster bed/ a walk in closet/a hotel safe and a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet cubicles and also a jacuzzi.

• -DIS- Regal 1 Bedroom Suite. The suite is 257m2 in size with a small pantry for the butler to prepare their mise en place. A private balcony with a gazebo/a small office area with a fax machine provided/a walk in closet/and a bathroom layouts are same as the other suites.

• -C1S- Presidential 1 Bedroom Suite. The facilities are comparable to the Regal Suite but differ in layout and its 256m2 in size It has a 98.2m2 balcony w/ a fantastic view of the sunrise Upgraded amenities will be offered.

• -C2V- Deluxe 2 Bedroom Villa. It comprises of two stories, and two bedrooms with a view of the golf course or the South China Sea. The lower floor consist of a bedroom/living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area with a kitchen. The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper floor and the bathroom is equipped with jacuzzi.. -

• B3V- Deluxe 3 Bedroom Villa. It comprises of two stories and three bedrooms with a spectacular view of the South China Sea. It has a swimming pool which is shared amongst three villas. The lower floor consists of the living room dining area with kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom. The upper floor includes a bedroom and a master bedroom both with individual bathroom. Steam shower and jacuzzi is available in the master bedrooms bathroom.

• -A3V- Deluxe Royal 3 Bedroom Villa. Similar to 3 bedroom villa but with a view of the golf course. It has a terrace with a private lunge pool and bar.

• -B1S- Empress 1 Bedroom Suite. A spectacular designed suite with a layout of 248 m2/overlooks the South China Sea. It consists of a spacious living room with a 50 inch television set/ study table/dining area and an Italian made grand piano. the bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a walk in closet. The bathroom is equipped with jacuzzi and steam shower.

• -A1S- Emperor 1 Bedroom Suite It is the largest and best furnished suite in the hotel, overlooking the South China Sea. It consist a study room, large dining area with an Italian made grand piano, a private lift with security camera and separate living room furnished with a 50in television set. The bedroom is furnished with a king size poster bed, lounge, a spacious walk in wardrobe and a bathroom w/ a spectacular view equipped with jacuzzi and steam shower. Last but not least, it has a 15m lap pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It has a bar by the pool and a stunning audio visual equipments to entertain you while you are taking a dip in the pool. It has a total lay out space of 646m2.

• -A1K/A2T- Dlx E-Club Rooms. State of art furnishing with spectacular view of South China Sea, golf course or garden. All E-Club rooms receive benefits to experience the whole new ambience of the E-Club lounge. A place where will receive lavish treatment and special attention to guest needs.
