The Beach House Condos... The two storey beach townhouses
are nestled in groomed and landscaped acreage that
looks out over the Bay of Cabarete. They are centered
around a delightful, fresh water swimming pool and
island jacuzzi.
Each has two bedrooms, one bathroom, powder room,
living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as its
own garden terrace and roof sun deck. For your convenience,
the apartments have been equipped with appliances,
ceiling fans and now air conditioning and cable TV.
All apartments are tastefully decorated showing the
individual style of our international owners. They
come either with king-size, queen-size and/or two
twin-size beds.

Pequeno Refugio
The El Pequeno Refugio Hotel is located right at the
beach in Cabarete, just a few meters away from the
centre with all its bars, restaurants, and more.
The cosy rooms offer ventilator, private bathroom
and access to the common terrace/balcony.
Our buffet breakfast is served in our beach front
restaurant Mamasita - just the right place to start
the day or end it in our bar enjoying the sunset.
