Goa Beach Recommendation

Question: Could you recommend a nice beach in Goa?

Answer : Well it's hard to recommend a bad one really. Of course Goa is no secret these days and finding a beach away from it all is pretty near impossible, but some of the quieter ones include Arumbal, in the North, or Palolem. Anjuna is of course popular with its flea market and pretty impressive beach while I myself liked Vagatore.

I noticed a hell of a lot of people on crutches when I was there but if you can actually ride a bike then renting an old British Enfield is a great way to see the state and choose your beach at your leisure. They really are great bikes as well…a piece of history throbbing away between your legs. Or, as it really isn't a big place, a push bike will get you out and about just as well, albeit slower, as long as you don't mind a bit of exercise.

Hope this helps a little...it's a great place to be if you like beaches
