Answer : Pan Tip Plaza is your place. You can get the sky-train there if you so desire but jumping in a taxi's far easier as it's a bit of a walk from the nearest sky train station. Pretty much every taxi-driver in town knows Pan Tip Plaza and they're (taxis and software) cheap. There has been a bit of a crack down on copies recently and more so leading up to the APEC thing but even so if you ask around in the Plaza, you'll surely find what you're after. Most of the vendors are pretty cool and if your software doesn't work (as happens say 5% of the time) will reimburse you. Good luck.
